Recent events have shown us that the unexpected happens. Preparation is therefore key. If you
and your loved ones are not prepared, the State will decide
what to do with your property upon your death. A Will and an Estate Plan are the keys to avoiding the State controlling the
distribution of your property. They ensure that your wishes are followed upon your death.
If you
possess property, there is simply no reason for you not to have a Will and an Estate Plan. If you already have a Will, you
should review it and your Estate Plan periodically, as upon such events as marriage, divorce, birth of a child, or the death
of a spouse, to ensure that it continues to reflect your intentions.
